As part of our aim to provide a "one-stop shop" for all your web site needs, Zarbi sells domain names. The company is an authorised registrar (tag-holder) for the .uk governing-body Nominet and we also sell .coms, .net and anything else you could wish for.
Zarbi offers a range of web solutions and many hosting deals come with a free domain name. If registration was free then most cases, the cost of the domain name will be payable on the first occasion it requires renewal, either 2 years after registration in the case of a .uk domain, or usually one year in the case of a .com.
.uk domain costs £10.00 per annum + VAT.
.com and .net costs £20.00 per annum + VAT.
This fee includes 'maintenance' of domain which many other registrars will charge for. We do not charge for changes to nameservers or the Tag (unless it requires an additional service from us, such as forwarding or DNS setup in which case a small charge may apply).
If there are any changes to our rates you will be informed by email prior to a renewal and the web site will always reflect our current prices.

If you wish to register a domain, please email us at registrations@zarbi.co.uk with the following:
- The domain name you require
- The name of the individual or company to whom it will belong
- The company number if relevant
- A valid physical address for this company or individual
- A valid contact telephone number
- A valid email address
- The required nameservers if not our own
We will then set up the domain, configure the nameservers, DNS, hosting and anything else you require.
Domain name registrations are usually processed immediately upon receipt of the order, but please allow one working day to ensure the order has been received and processed. Once a domain is registered and the DNS records are added, it takes 24-48 hours for the domain to become fully operational, although it may be visible to certain networks immediately due to way information propagates out across the internet.
When you register a .uk domain you are entering into a contract with the governing body Nominet. As such you will be accepting their terms and conditions Please see here.
